Our client is a growing Residential Real Estate Company based in Orange County, CA that has enjoyed over a decade of growth. The Listing Coordinator will be responsible for effectively and efficiently scheduling showings and appointments of their client’s homes. The process requires dealing with agents outside the company as well as our clients to ensure a smooth and seamless showing process. The role includes creating property description write ups, scheduling photos, selecting photos, rolling properties out on the MLS and social media. The position requires organization, follow up, attention to detail, strong communication skills, and some creativity. Their ideal candidate is not overwhelmed by multiple moving parts and can organize themselves easily. The Listing Coordinator will report to the Selling Department.
Pay: Starting at $70K
