Owner Representative & Construction Project Manager
10+ years’ experience as an Project Manager in Construction
Prepare project status and performance reports. Manage APM staff responsibilities, including consultant and contractor payment applications (monthly draw), project costs to complete as required.
Oversee, manage and direct contractors, architects, consultants, and other project team members.
Manage project budgets and schedules, complete projects in accordance with approved metrics and standards.
Provide feasibility and financial analysis of potential development scenarios in cooperation with sponsor team.
16+ years of commercial property management (office, retail)
Extensive financial reporting for large scale Real Estate Investment Trust clients and smaller private equity clients, including budget preparations for Opex and Capital Projects, Sales/revenue projects, and complete oversight of CAM reconciliations process
Oversee extensive work with project management and construction management / Property acquisitions, development and depositions / capital planning
