9+ years of commercial property administrator experience
Assist in building scopes, specifications and request for proposal packages for capital projects
Coordinate flow of information relating to projects in progress
Research and maintain database of current materials / labor pricing, availability, vendors and contracts
Work closely with asset and property management to track and schedule units for interior renovations on multi-family properties upon leasing expirations
Guidance to five board of directors, five committees, developing and following annual budget
Provide support to members and buyers, manage and build successful reservation list of 85+ as a contact point for marketing for potential future members
Build new connections and relationships by promoting events and meetings through appointments and networking
Assist with application process and direct families to various qualifying forms
Act as a liaison between agents, clients, attorneys, brokers, and escrow companies
Assist with screening calls, email inquiries, planning and scheduling, generating quotes/proposals, hosting open houses, assisted with opening/closing sales
